Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within Australia:

Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days — $7.99 AUD (Free on orders over $75 AUD)

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days — $12.99 AUD

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping prices.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact us at support@undergroundlobby.com.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information for updates, check with neighbours or your building reception, and contact the carrier directly using the tracking details provided. If your parcel is still missing after these steps, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Underground Lobby is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
